Check the add pitch box and select 4/12 pitch : .05 will be added for roof pitch.

Select Per square pricing:  See per square pricing vs Detail Pricing.

 Type 95 into the divisor column in the Job Cost Grid: This will add 5%  for waste.

Select the Roof Area Option, then start entering your roof area numbers: after you have entered your roof area numbers select the hip option, then enter all your your hip measurements, continue to Top Ridge, Rakes or (Gables), Eaves and valleys. Tip (Pressing enter after each number moves the cursor  between the boxes)
