 How does it work ?
  First setup  you create your headings with logo or custom sized or colored print and design your layout. The next step is to define your sentences and paragraphs. Your pre-defined sentences are added to the end of your paragraphs when creating your proposal.

  Example paragraph: Comp with tear-off

Remove old roof and haul away
Replace any broken or dry-rotted sheathing boards
Install new vent assemblies
Etc.

Say you want to add new chimney flashings or Ridge-vent  Just click it and it will be added to the end of your paragraph. You can create as many paragraphs and sentences as you want.

This concludes your initial setup. 
Now you are ready to create Proposal, Invoices, Change Orders, Letters and Roof Certifications.

The program opens to your main screen. 
Enter contact information or select it from your address book, enter your price, click any one of the  proposal, Invoice, Change Order, Letter or  Roof Certification buttons. Click the print button and your document is printed.
